        Met een erkenning van The Mastercooks of Belgium en jarenlange ervaring bij gerenommeerde sterrenrestaurants zoals La Villa Lorraine en Le Chalet de la Forêt, kriebelde het bij topchef Alain Bianchin om zijn eigen imperium uit te bouwen. Nu, vier sterren later, is Bianchins talent onmisbaar geworden in de gastronomische wereld. Toch kan de topchef ook relativeren: “Werk hard, je ster zal daarna wel volgen”.
