        Restaurant Sir Anthony Van Dijck is gelegen op een wel meer dan bijzondere locatie. De Middeleeuwse authentieke elementen van de Vlaeykensgang brengen je helemaal terug in de tijd. Een tijd waar de zaak voor een stuk over kan meespreken want vandaag bestaat het restaurant al 51 jaar. Chef Jöran De Backer is de derde eigenaar en in totaal al 15 jaar werkzaam in de zaak. Hij had ons dus wel wat te vertellen.
